Mobile Phone And Cancer

There are three main reasons why people are concerned that cell phones (also known as “wireless” or “mobile” telephones) might have the potential to cause certain types of cancer or other health problems:

Cell phones emit radiofrequency energy (radio waves), a form of non-ionizing radiation. Tissues nearest to where the phone is held can absorb this energy.
The number of cell phone users has increased rapidly. As of 2010, there were more than 303 million subscribers to cell phone service in the United States, according to the Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association. This is a nearly threefold increase from the 110 million users in 2000. Globally, the number of cell phone subscriptions is estimated by the International Telecommunications Union to be 5 billion.
Over time, the number of cell phone calls per day, the length of each call, and the amount of time people use cell phones have increased. Cell phone technology has also undergone substantial changes.

Phone 6 release date

The iPhone 6 release date will be in 2014, although exactly when that will be in the year is still a little unclear.
Here's what we think is most likely to happen: at WWDC in June this year we'll see the obvious release of iOS 8, but also a larger-screened iPhablet as Apple looks to bring itself to the fore in Asian markets and rivalling the likes of the Galaxy Note 3.
We'd have usually given this kind of rumor a wide berth, but multiple reports have spoken of a larger device from Apple at the June event, so we're starting to give them some credence. At the very least, Apple is definitely testing it, but may not bring it to market.

Nokia Has Launched His Android Series Named "X"

  • The Nokia X family is a range of new smartphones from Nokia introduced in 2014, running a forked version of Android. They are priced between the Nokia Asha and Nokia Lumia devices.
  • The Nokia X software platform is based on Android Open Source Project (AOSP) v4.1.2[1] and the Linux kernel.[2] Nokia have combined Android apps with Nokia experiences (such as HERE Maps, Nokia Xpress and MixRadio) and Microsoft services (such as Skype and Outlook). Nokia officially described the software as bringing "the best of all worlds". It also encompasses features from the Asha platform, such as the Fastlane. The user interfacemimics that of Windows Phone, which powers Nokia's Lumia smartphones. The OS has been heavily compared to Amazon.com's Fire OS for the Kindle Fire tablets, which is also based on AOSP.
  • Google's applications have been replaced by Nokia's and Microsoft's. Although the Google Play store is not included, with Nokia offering apps from their own Nokia Store, Nokia has confirmed that 75% of Android apps are currently compatible. Nokia has also noted that developers can port the remaining missing apps in a matter of hours.
  • In terms of hardware, the Nokia X devices heavily resemble the newer (50x and 230) Asha phones, as well as containing Lumia features. They contain a single 'back' button like the Asha 50x and 230.
